Title: Electronics Design
Introduction:Design and Development

During this phase, YDL performs the detailed design, including:

1. Electronic design such as RF and microwave circuitry, antennas, analog and digital signal processors, embedded controllers, Ethernet and Internet interfaces, power conservation techniques, and necessary software.
2. Mechanical design that incorporates such elements as sealing, drop, shock and vibration characteristics, and miniaturization.
3. Preliminary drawing package generation
4. A design Review to obtain the client's approval to proceed to the prototype phase

Prototype Fabrication

Upon completing the detailed design, prototypes are built in-house:

1. Prototype hardware is constructed by modifying off-the-shelf enclosures or using rapid prototyping parts
2. Components are carefully selected
3. Printed circuit board are designed and fabricated

Test, Evaluation and Certification

A qualification test plan is formulated that will verify that the product design meets the client's requirements. Upon approval by the client, the testing is performed and a report is prepared. Any failures are analyzed and recommendations are made to correct the problem. If necessary, all or part of the testing is repeated after corrections to the design and implemented. Typing testing includes performance measurements; temperature, shock and vibration testing; and certification testing to obtain FCC, UL and/or CE.

Title: Quality Management System Process Flow Chart
Introduction:Quality control is one of the most important section of all our production process. We understake strict quality control in each of the process from incoming materials, engineering, fabrication, production, shipment to ensure all of them meet our internal standard, and also meet our customer's standard.

We can supply steel certificate for the type of steel being used in the mould. And we offer mould maintenance and guarnatee mould life for all domestic moulds.

We are equipped with Cordinated Measuring Machine (CMM) to make accurate measurements on electrodes and plastic parts. We prepare full dimensional report to measure all dimenions on 2D draiwngs on First Shot Samples so our customer can check easily what dimensions are out of tolerance and must be corrected before sample approval and mass production.
