Introduction:Shenzhen YDL Electronics Factory, established in 1997, is specialized in the development and marketing of electronic gifts and toys. Producing a collection of electronic products, we are an OEM/ODM processing enterprise. We aim at offering our clients with one-stop shop service to make everything easier and make sure each process is under control. We can help you to complete assembly for any home appliance and electronics products. We have set up four production lines for electronics assembly, semi-product and complete product assembly. We are equipped AI and wave soldering for efficiency and quality assurance. YDL works with the customer from the conceptual stage to develop a set of requirements that meet the cleint's needs. We then develop a system of design that meets that client's performance requirement, cost and quality goal. During this effort we perform the following tasks: 1.Performance and cost requirements are defined 2.Appropriate technologies are identified and tradeoff studies are conducted 3.Candidate designs are analyzed 4.Overall design approach is selected, including software algorithms and packaging 5.Unit cost goal is established 6.A Preliminary Design Review is conducted and the proposed design is presented to the client for approval.
