QA/QC Introduction
Quality control is one of the most important sections of all our production process. We undertake strict quality control in each of the process from incoming materials, engineering, fabrication, production, shipment to ensure all of them meet our internal standard, and also meet our customer's standard.We can supply steel certificate for the type of steel being used in the mould. And we offer mould maintenance and guarantee mould life for all domestic moulds.

Description:We are equipped with Coordinated Measuring Machine (CMM) to make accurate measurements on electrodes and plastic parts. We prepare full dimensional report to measure all dimensions on 2D drawings on First Shot Samples so our customer can check easily what dimensions are out of tolerance and must be corrected before sample approval and mass production.
